By 2020, it had established an FDA-licensed cosmetics plant in Marikina, later expanding into nutraceutical manufacturing in Antipolo in 2022. That year, the business was incorporated as Derigin Industries Inc., marking its transformation into a multi-sector enterprise.
In 2023, it entered the food processing industry with two brands: a food franchise offering affordable siomai and a premium processed food line targeting local grocery stores and export markets. This led to its first international export in 2024, supplying Halal-certified soap products to Oman through a major Middle Eastern retailer.
Today, the company operates across cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and food processing, serving both local and export markets. It is preparing to consolidate operations into an integrated, GMP-compliant, Halal-certified manufacturing plant, expanding its global reach with investments in land, equipment, technology, manpower, and marketing.
